The Khala Lisan Lovas Foundation was established in 2020 to commemorate the life and legacy of Khala Lovas, a beloved single mother, scholar, and fighter who battled Multiple Sclerosis with unwavering courage until 2018. Khala’s life continues to inspire us to support deserving African American students on their journey to adulthood. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, our foundation focuses on nurturing academic excellence and community leadership among high school students through annual scholarships. We believe in the transformative power of education and strive to empower each scholar to reach their fullest potential.
Through strategic partnerships with schools, educators, and local organizations, we create opportunities for students to thrive academically and develop into future leaders who positively impact their communities.
